Hello! I'm Charlotte Russell and I've been teaching fitness for more than 20 years.
I qualified as an Exercise to Music teacher way back in 1997!
My portfolio also includes Pilates, Exercise for Older Adults, Step, Stability Ball and Combat workouts - and even Children's Fitness. I'm now studying to be an Exercise for Lower Back Pain specialist as an extension of my Exercise Referral qualification.
I love helping people improve their fitness and wellbeing through good-quality exercise.

OPTION 2: FIT FORTNIGHT PLAN
For those who want to exercise when they choose, but within a timeframe (a fortnight) to help them stay motivated. The plan has two strands and you can join at any time. Watch these videos to find out more:
OPTION 3: VIDEO PACKS
For those who are self-motivated and want complete freedom to exercise when they choose.
Video packs expire eight weeks after the purchase date, when you can renew or choose another pack!
