I'm Charlotte Russell and I've been teaching fitness for more than 20 years.
I qualified as an Exercise to Music teacher in 1997. My portfolio includes teaching step, mixed martial arts and stability ball workouts. I'm a certified Exercise for Older Adults teacher and Children's Fitness coach. I'm also a Pilates teacher and I'm currently studying Exercise for Lower Back Pain as an extension of my Exercise Referral qualification.
I love my job because it feels great to help people improve their fitness and wellbeing through good-quality exercise. Maybe you're one of those people - or you soon will be!
