PILATES MONDAYS 11am - midday

For all levels of Pilates participant, including beginners. Simply work to your level as I offer alternatives. The class comprises 25 minutes of standing Pilates (which includes the warm-up and some balancing) and 35 minutes of Pilates mat work (which includes the final stretches and relaxation).

CHAIROBICS TUESDAYS 2 - 3pm

Seated exercise that will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving!

We also focus on posture and stretching.

Fun, familiar tunes to keep you motivated!

For those new to exercise, those who aren't yet ready for the challenges of standing exercises, and for those who simply want to discover the joys of seated exercise!

Standing gentle aerobic routines to uplifting and familiar tunes!  

We then use mats for the final toning exercises and stretches. 

Suitable for both beginners and improvers as you work to your level.
